Why Clarity Beats Hustle Every Time
The most successful creatives don't work harder—they work with fewer distractions. Here's how to find clarity without overthinking.
We've been sold a story that success requires constant grinding. But the highest earners I coach aren't the ones doing the most—they're the ones saying no to the most.
Clarity isn't just knowing your goals. It's knowing which actions actually move the needle and which are busywork dressed as progress. To get clear, start by auditing your last week. How many tasks directly moved you toward one of your top three objectives? If the answer is less than half, you need a filter.
The filter I teach is the Alignment Score. For any task, ask: Does this leverage my unique skill? Does it serve my ideal client? Does it create a scalable asset (content, system, relationship)? If it hits two out of three, do it. If not, delegate or delete.
